Cinco de Mayo Craft & Activity for Kids!

Teach your students about the real meaning behind "CINCO DE MAYO" with this fun paper craft. First, show them my favorite YouTube videos on the subject (CLICK HERE for English / CLICK HERE for Spanish) and then have them complete a simple color & cut activity. (For students that finish early, have them complete a "Cinco de Mayo" word search at the end.)

Teacher Tip! For a more simple activity, use the worksheets as coloring pages and for a more elaborate activity, use them all to create a “Cinco de Mayo” decoupage! (Color, cut, and paste each item onto a large piece of construction paper or a canvas. Then, paint over the top using decoupage glue.)
