Returns Policy

AramediA offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on Most Domestic Orders. If Defective and not completely satisfied with  any of the items you purchased, contact AramediA  to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA),  please include the following:

1. Original Order, Invoice, or Receipt number (if possible)

2. Unopened Title being returned

3. Reason for return

4. Your name, daytime phone number, email, and contact information

5. Your e-mail address 

We will apply full refund of the original purchase price of the item; in some cases, and in International Orders,  Refunds Exclude shipping and insurance and may be charged a 15%-25% re-stocking Fee. Buyer is covered 100% against  any defects or damages and must accept an Exchange or Technical support to avoid returns and  inconvenience to all and re-stocking and shipping fees. If Support and Exchange are refused,  Restocking and shipping Fees would apply. Exchanges are Free of Charge, Domestically.  We do not refund International Shipping in some cases. If the package is returned to us, for any reason, you are still responsible for the bidirectional shipping cost (to you and back to us), and Restocking Fees 15% on most items (Microsoft 25% of purchase price). We "TRY" to process shipment within 24 to 48 Business Hours, or earlier. Courier may or may NOT leave package at doorsteps, or apartment management office, without authorization. FedEx, UPS, and USPS will follow normal delivery procedures, respectively.

In case of shipment loss or delay, a replacement will be shipped at our expense in lieu of lost or delayed package. All due credit will be issued upon recovery of insured items. Depending on your purchase value and location, AramediA may ship via either, a courier or the Post Office who guarantee delivery. We offer the following shipping methods, for your convenience: Standard, Expedited, Second Day , and Next Day Shipping Options, via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Insurance is included in the total cost of purchase.

Destinations outside of USA may require recipient to pay additional Fees, Customs Duties, Taxes, VAT, or Clearing Courier's Handling Charges. Courier may bill buyer directly, it is required that buyers pay this charge which is NOT covered in our Shipping fee already paid to Amazon while placing the order.

FedEx, USPS, and UPS provide fast delivery options, guarantee and insurance, not withstanding your country's Customs delays. FedEx, UPS, and USPS are reliable in delivery, tracking, and loss claims. We help file claims with them on your behalf. We make sure that buyer is not subjected to hassles and delays, however, buyer is responsible for Customs Duties and clearing fees at your respective Country, outside of the USA.

APO/FPO addresses: United States Postal Service (USPS) Mail is not as track-able, you are responsible for the merchandise tracking, after USPS delivers to APO/FPO, or when the APO/FPO system takes over from USPS. Shipping Price Does NOT include the final destination's or a foreign country's Customs Duties, Taxes, VAT and such Fees, which may be due upon receipt or delivery.

USPS First Class and Priority Mail may NOT provide Detailed Shipment TRACKING or shipping information like a Courier, however USPS is very dependable. All USPS First Class and Priority Mail shipment claims will be handled by AramediA, on your behalf, and we will take care of your order upon your communications with us in a timely manner. Please, CONTACT us immediately, if you feel that there is a delay, or if the package was damaged in transit. We are here to help, especially, APO/FPO orders.
