⟫ Becoming one of Capital Factory’s newest portfolio members is Language Learning Market, a McKinney-based e-commerce marketplace for educational content. As a portfolio company, Language Learning Market will connect with the Austin-based accelerator and coworking company’s network of mentors and have access to Capital Factory’s spaces across Texas. In exchange, Language Learning Market will give Capital Factory a 1% stake and rights to join its next funding round. In December, Language Learning Market founder and CEO Allison Monroe told NTX Inno that it aims to raise a $500,000 seed round this year.
